Upon the withdrawal of consent, we will cease collecting, using and/or disclosing the personal data once the withdrawal of consent is received.
2 Uses made of the information
2.1 Only upon consented, we only collect, use and/or disclose personal data of individuals for the following purposes.
(a) providing you with alerts or information that you requested or signed up to
(b) complying with laws and regulations applicable to us in or outside Singapore
(c) legal proceedings, including collecting overdue amounts and seeking professional advices
(d) researching, designing and launching services including seminars/events/forums
2.2 You are not required to consent to collection, use and/or disclose your personal data beyond what is reasonable for our services.
3 Access and Correction Obligation
You shall be duly informed on the purpose(s) of what your personal data collected, used and/or disclosed.
Upon request and as soon as possible, we will provide information on:- What personal data is under our possession or control; and
- How your personal data has been used or disclosed within 1 year of request.
4 Accuracy Obligation
We shall agree to your request in the event you need to rectify any error or omission of your personal data.
We shall ensure all personal data collected is accurate and complete.
5 Security
Security measures are in placed to prevent any unauthorised access, collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data.
6 Retention Limitation Obligation
We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
7 Transfer Limitation Obligation
We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer to be made and we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA.
